Lifestyle education
With combined lifestyle and dietary education we will teach you how to lose weight in a safe, fast and sustainable way. Understanding the importance of measuring blood glucose, incidental activities and returning to leisure and recreation activities.
Resistance training
Using predominantly lower body resistance based exercises to increase insulin sensitivity of our biggest muscles. This will improve our blood glucose profile as well as other health benefits.
Cardiovascular exercise
Utilizing cardiovascular training we can reduce co-morbidities of T2D such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, obesity and more. By increasing your circulatory system and vascularity we will improve your overall health profile.
